We have to loosen when wound tight
It doesn't matter what time of day
A simple deep breath gives insight
Lasting power to stick and stay
Our mind needs to relieve itself
Of long days with whirlwind affairs
Sit quietly upon a shelf
To see if there's solitude there
For sometimes chaos seems to rein
And a corner suits us just fine
From frenzy take time to abstain
And give an ear to the Divine
