Call me what u may
some say/i am a two face/cause i fail to take side
in a mess of war/and/hate
and/when I assert myself speakin/out
takin/liberties/ against/with/the/unjust/and/just
refuse to conform/to/their/world
i/see/eyes/cut/roll/hear/whispers/spat/angry/words/at/me
i/can't/keep/being/a/part/of/this/ill/negative behavior
got/us/hating each other
i/want/to/bring/you/and/i/brothers/n/sisters
in/perfect/love/and/harmony
i/see/our/black/males/being/ostracized
scrutinized/by/our/own/race/especially/from/us/sisters
some try to dictate/insult/my/stance/belief/ideas
n/philosophy
tryin/to/use/biblical/times/the/cursed/on/ham's offspring
that's/why/our/black/king/sin
fall/short/from/grace
i/don't/know/about/u/my sisters/but/i/know/about/me
i/am/tired/of/this playa/hating/hurtin game
towards/our/ beautiful/black/king
got/me/drain/stumbling/n/ashamed
you/see/i/am/a mother/fighting for the
survival of my children
n/this/is/one of/my mission
i/think/about/my/growing/prince/son
n/when/he/gets/older/i/pray/he/will find
a/true/lover
i/want/to/know/if/our/Divine/father
decide/to take/me/to another plane of life
quickly
his/mate/friend/companion/wife to be
treat/him/with/class/utmost respect
won't/call/him/sick/foul/names/nor
treat/him/harshly
uttering/ill/words/like/he/is
a/dog/no/good/bastard/breed
so/yes/go ahead and scream
call me what you may
I am fighting for a cause
and/have/began/to/plant/a
wonderful seed/the ying/n/the yang
to a seed of unity!
