Sunlight VS The Ocean
Love for me has been like sunrise and sunset. Love last a moment then goes away with
the darkness. I hope with each rising of the sun that it is here to stay. Remembering the
last time the dawn came I never saw the dusk coming, just opened my eyes to darkness
and love was gone. I tried to bring it back but it was as good as artificial light and false
hope. But I want something better, could love ever be like the ocean and the refreshing
water? Always there through dusk and dawn. Calming and refreshing through all four
seasons. Even in the winter it will flow unaffected by the cold. Like the ocean never
tired or boring but unpredictable and consistent. If love were like the ocean I would
never leave its side.
